Ingredients
- 1 cup So-Yay Strips (dry)

1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3 tbsp cooking oil

2 cups French beans
- 4 potatoes

1 cup mushrooms (optional)

1 pack Baby bok choy

2 steamed/boiled corn

5 cups vegetable broth (or use the water used to boil the corn)
- 2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Dash of pepper (optional)
Directions
- Heat cooking oil in a pot.
- Sauté sliced potatoes until golden.
Add chopped onions and sliced mushrooms, allowing them to sauté until golden brown.
Put the sliced French beans and So-Yay strips.
Pour in the broth for a balanced and flavorful base.
Season with salt to taste and integrate baby bok choy.
Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add steamed or boiled corn for a sweet, crisp element.
Serve the hot dish promptly with steamed rice or eat as it is!
