150g Soysage Scoff (hydrated with 300g water)

1 cup rice (we used calrose)

1 cup corn

2-3 cups chopped cabbage

1 tbsp vegetable base (we used Better Than Buillon)

1 cup water (less may be needed for other types of rice)

1 tsp salt

A dash of ground back pepper (optional)
Directions
- Hydrate Soysage Scoff by soaking it in water for 5 to 8 minutes.
- In a cooking pan, sauté finely chopped onions and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes to the sautéed mix.
- Incorporate the rehydrated Soysage Scoff into the pan.
- Add cooked rice to create a hearty base.
- Introduce corn for sweetness and texture.
- Include cabbage for added nutrition.
- Enhance the flavor with Better Than Buillon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook covered on low heat for 25 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and leave covered for about 8 minutes.
- Gently stir and serve.
