Ingredients
- 1.5 cups So-Yay Chunks (it will work for So-Yay Strips, too)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Chopped carrots
- Chopped potatoes
- Chopped onions
- 3 cups water
- 100ml unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbsp chicken stock
- 2.5 tbsp curry powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp flour (optional to thicken)
