- 2 cups Kiss the Cod

2 cups water
- 1 onion
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 sweet pepper (sub with spicy green pepper if you want it spicy)
- 2 tbsp butter (we used Becel brand)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black salt (substitute with any salt)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayo
Directions
- Hydrate Kiss the Cod with water.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Sauté onions and cabbage.
- Add hydrated Kiss the Cod.
- Mix in soy sauce and black salt.
- Stir in mayo.
- Add lemon juice.
- Include chopped sweet peppers.
- Serve with hot rice.
