1 cup mushrooms

2 cups cooked rice

1 can tomato sauce (half for filling, half for the sauce)

1 cabbage head (boiled to soften)
Directions
Start by washing the cabbage head thoroughly, preparing it for boiling to achieve tenderness.
Hydrate 1 1/2 cups of Salt Beefy by adding an equal amount of water. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes for optimal rehydration.
In a mixing bowl, combine the hydrated Salt Beefy with chopped onions, celery, mushrooms, cooked rice, and half of the tomato sauce.
Wrap this mixture in cabbage leaves and place it in an oven-safe container.
