Use in recipes requiring sausage. Or mix-in to baked goods: biscuits, pretzels, waffles, scones. Garnish or topping for soups, salads, nachos, pizza, pasta sauce, omelets, and more.
Hydration: Mix 1 part Soysage Scoff with 2 parts water, by weight.
Cook over medium heat until excess moisture is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
