Think beyond chorizo and eggs. You can crisp chorizo and toss it into salads and nachos. Or mix-in to savoury baked goods, add to your burrito or fajitas, stir-fries, tortilla and frittatas, pasta bake and risotto, paella, rice bowls, soups and stews, roasted veggies, beans and chilis. The possibilities are endless!
Hydration: Mix 1 part Chummy Chorizo with 2 parts water, by weight.
Cook over medium heat until excess moisture is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
