Ingredients
- 100 g Kiss the Cod
- 200 g water to hydrate
- Chopped onion
- 1-2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup mayo
- Cucumber (optional)
- Bread (we used flatbread)
Directions
- Start by hydrating Kiss the Cod in water.
- Heat the now hydrated Kiss the Cod in a pan and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Introduce finely chopped onions to the bowl.
- Add a generous amount of Everything Bagel seasoning to the concoction.
- Season the mixture with salt according to personal preference.
- Add a desired amount of mayo into the mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Spread the prepared mixture evenly on the flatbread.
- Top the spread mixture with sliced cucumber and place another flatbread on top
- Use a sandwich maker to heat and press your sandwich
- Once heated, remove from the sandwich maker and serve immediately.
