Use in recipes requiring sausage. Or mix-in to baked goods: biscuits, pretzels, waffles, scones. Garnish or topping for soups, salads, nachos, pizza, pasta sauce, omelets, and more.
Hydration: Mix 1 part Soysage Scoff with 2.5 parts water, by weight.
Cook over medium heat until excess moisture is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Keep me dry, cool, and well stocked in your pantry. Refrigeration not required. If hydrated, product should be refrigerated.
