So-Yay Chunks is a versatile protein, fiber, and iron-rich meat alternative that can easily absorb the flavor of any recipe. It retains moisture well, even in tough processing and cooking conditions, and imitates the fibrous texture of meat, poultry, and seafood. It also provides a clean flavor without any aftertaste.

Hydration: Mix 1 part So-Yay Chunks with 3 parts water, by weight.

Cook, season, and flavor as desired. Add your favorite spices or sauces, or simply use it as your "meat" the same way you'd do with animal protein like chicken, pork, or beef.

 Use as a meat alternative for your burrito or fajitas, tacos, stir-fries, stews, noodles and soups, curries and sauces, rice bowls, teriyaki, beans and chilis, or salads. The possibilities are endless!
