Hydration: Mix 1 part Da B'y Con with 2.5 parts water, by weight.
Cook over medium heat until excess moisture is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
You can also use Da B'y Con as topping without hydrating first.
Keep me dry, cool, and well stocked in your pantry. Refrigeration not required. If hydrated, product should be refrigerated.
